The RexPro Protection System
Engineered coatings designed to perform in real-world environments—not just in the lab.
From surface preparation to final protection, every RexPro product is part of a complete system designed to deliver consistent, professional-grade results across a wide range of surfaces.
Why Most Coating Systems Fall Short
Many coatings on the market are designed for ease of sale—not real-world performance. They may look good initially, but fail under exposure to moisture, chemicals, abrasion, or improper application.
Surface protection isn’t one-size-fits-all. Different substrates require different solutions, and performance depends on proper preparation, product selection, and application.
That’s where RexPro is different.
Built Through Real-World Experience
RexPro Sealers & Coatings was built on continuous research, development, and field testing. Every product in our lineup exists for a reason—developed to solve a specific challenge, improve performance, or simplify application without sacrificing durability.
We don’t replace products—we evolve them.
An Evolution of Innovation

Our original 3-Part systems were designed for maximum durability and long-term protection. These multi-component coatings deliver exceptional performance across both porous and non-porous surfaces.
• Highest durability
• Proven in demanding environments
• Multi-step mixing required

To meet the need for easier application, we developed our two-component Affinity systems. These products maintain strong performance while improving speed, usability, and efficiency.
• Faster application
• Easier mixing
• Best on non-porous surfaces

More Than Products — A Complete System
Each RexPro product is designed to work independently or as part of a complete protection system.
From surface preparation and primers to high-performance sealers and maintenance solutions, our products are engineered to complement each other and maximize long-term results.
How to Choose the Right RexPro System
We generally start with two simple questions when selecting the right RexPro system. The answers help determine which product line will deliver the best performance for your specific surface and environment.
1. What type of surface are you working on?
- Surface type plays a major role in determining the right system.
- Porous surfaces like concrete, pavers, and grout require products that can penetrate and bond within the substrate.
- Non-porous surfaces like tile, LVT, stainless steel, and sealed surfaces require coatings designed to bond to the surface itself.
- For specialized surfaces such as polished stone, metal, or VCT flooring, we offer targeted solutions designed specifically for those environments.
2. What level of performance do you need?
- Different environments demand different levels of protection.
- For maximum durability and long-term performance, our 3-Part systems provide the highest level of protection.
- For improved ease of use with strong performance, our Affinity systems offer a balance of durability and efficiency.
- For the most advanced, user-friendly solution, our A1 systems deliver high performance with faster application and greater versatility.
SUMMARY - Choosing the Right System:
- If you want maximum durability → choose 3-Part systems
- If you want a balance of performance and ease → choose Affinity
- If you want speed, simplicity, and versatility → choose A1
- For porous surfaces, a primer such as ProSeal or ProSeal Plus may be recommended to improve coverage and performance.
- If you’re working on specialty surfaces, refer to our dedicated solutions for metal, countertops, and VCT systems.
